ストーリー

高校生になったあなたは昼休みの時間人気のない場所でお昼寝するのが毎日の日課でした。
ところが高校二年生になり、幼馴染の女の子"まゆ"と同じクラスに！
彼女は昼休みのお昼寝のひとときを邪魔しにきて、ぽっちゃり体型に変わってしまったあなたに、こう問いかけます。

このアプリは大きく分けて二つのモードで構成されています。
ストーリーモード: 日ごろの運動の成果を試し、物語を進めるためのモードです。
トレーニングモード: 日々の練習用のモードです。ゲームを進めるために必要な”燃焼ポイント”をゲットすることができます。
ストーリーモードの各エピソードにはロックがかけられています。※2
トレーニングモードでゲットできる燃焼ポイントでエピソードのアンロックが可能です。
トレーニングモードには、燃焼！ポイントをゲットできる、目標設定と時間制限が可能な"プラクティスモード"と自由に運動できる"フリーモード"の二種類があります。
ポイントを効率的に溜めるコツ
・テンポよくトレーニングする。(2秒~3秒に一回程度が目安です)
(途中で休憩するよりは、一定のテンポを維持したほうが効率よくポイントをゲットできます)
・トレーニング後にツイッターでつぶやくとボーナスポイントが付加されます。
・毎日起動するとボーナスポイントが付加されます。
